Hello Everyone!
Lorcana HQ has partnered with Lorcana Germany D/A/CH to swap Mickey GenCon Promos for Goofy GamesCon promos. Me (Jonathan Medina) and my team at Alchemist’s Refuge are going to gather all the Mickey Promos on the Lorcana HQ side, and Martin (whippet_plays) is going to gather all the Goofy Promos from the Lorcana Germany side. Once we have all the promos, we are going to ship the whole batch to each other. Once the batches arrive to their respective countries, we will distribute them to each person who sent a qualifying promo.
Some Important Things to Note
- Damaged promos will not be accepted. If you send a damaged promo it will be discarded.
- No special requests will be honored. For example, some people asked for signed copies. This swap will be an unsigned card for another unsigned card.
- This swap will be done at your own risk. Both Martin and I will do our due diligence to ensure that everyone gets their promos, but things can happen when shipping overseas. Lorcana HQ and Lorcana Germany will not be responsible for lost or damaged mail, or other issues that may arise during the process.

After sending, please purchase a promo swap ticket from this link. Include your tracking number in the order notes. We ask that you ship with tracking so that you can tell when it has arrived here.
The ticket cost is to cover the cost of shipping both ways (plus taxes / duty fees), and the time for my team to process the orders. We will use this ticket to print a shipping label for your Goofy Promo. This shipping label will include tracking, and you’ll be able to track your return promo through the website. Cards must be shipped, and tickets purchased by September 18th.
Additional Cards
To send an additional card, please also add the additional card product to your order. To be clear, you'll need to add the Promo Swap and the Additional card product. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
