We will send your cards out to the grading and authentication company of your choice such as PSA, CGC, and BGS to facilitate grading your cards and collectibles (We may give advice on what to grade and estimations on grades, but nothing shared in these consulting conversations and communications are guaranteed).

Your cards and collectibles are noted on your order as well as the submission number from the grading service for us to keep track of your submissions. We will keep you updated through the process and notify you when your grades are ready and items are ready for pick up!

- To avoid issues we do not dual submit. This means that we will not include the same card with two different owners in one submission. 

- The timeline for grading can range based on the service you select and when we are sending our next submission, which typically happens at least once a month.

- This is a service for local customers and is not available to our online shoppers!
