We send your cards out to a grading and authentication company of your choice. We work with companies like PSA, CGC, and BGS to facilitate grading your cards and collectibles. We may give advice and estimations on grades, but nothing shared in these consulting conversations and communications is guaranteed. The final grade is dependent on the analysis of the company to which we send it off.

Liability

We take responsibility for your cards and collectibles as long as they are in our care. We release responsibility once we drop off the grading submission in the mail. You assume the risk of damaged or lost mail, and or damages/loss that would occur while in the possession of the grading company. As soon as your submission is back in our possession, we resume responsibility. We have never had an issue, but setting expectations beforehand is important. 

Timeline

The timeline for grading can vary based on the service that you select. The most common service that is used is the economy service which has a timeline of 30-45 days. There’s also an additional amount of time-based on when we submit the cards. This typically happens at least once a month.

Submission Integrity

To avoid any issues, we do not dual-submit. This means that we will not include the same card with 2 different owners in one submission. We will note the submission number in our internal notes, and it’s available at your request.
