I’m writing to you to share how we handle shipping and make you aware of mail delays that are currently happening.
We're committed to getting your order to you as fast as we can. We ship within 48 hours on weekdays. We do not ship on Sunday.
We ship based on the shipping service that you chose at check out. If you picked a Plain White Envelope you will not be able to track your order. If you want the ability to track your order, you'll need to select a shipping option with tracking.
Download the “Shop” app. This will allow you to track all your order from your phone. It's pretty cool.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing unprecedented delays. This could contribute to your order being delayed or stuck. We’ve updated our eBay listings to include a 10-day handling time to create a buffer for these delivery delays.
